After the last post about our road trip from the Gold Coast down to Sydney I thought it would be a good idea to make a post about our awesome van that brought us down here.
We named him “Arnold” after the guy who owned him before us.
After we bought him I started building out the back. I put wood on the bottom and a carpet on top.
And then on top of the floor I built a bed frame from scratch for our Queen mattress!
This is the view when you wake up in the morning 😉
Here is a photo of the driver’s cabin where you spend the most time on a road trip
And we have heaps of space underneath the bed for our bags, all the camping equipment and even tools for repairing and modifying the van.
