What do you do, if you meet a (nearly) homeless Frenchman in Cairns, that you already know from Sydney??
-> You help him and put your 3-person-tent on the roof of your car and put his “orthopedic mattress!!” in it 😉
( It is illegal in Cairns to camp on public spaces, so we thought, if we put the tent on top of our car, than it is more camping on OUR ground )
Early in the morning a bus with about 50 Asians parked next to us and they loved our rooftop-tent creation and took heaps of pictures 😉
